#eventforum is a young and international conference held twice a year in Prague.

The organisers are aimed to the subject of discussion of various aspects and issues. These are relating to the event industry through regular meetings of event experts from all over the world. With industry representatives they increase the level and quality of this young field in the Czech Republic. As a result they all increase the position and results of events in the company marketing mix too.

Winner of more than 39 Special Events magazine Gala Awards, Andrea was honored as the “Pillar of the Industry” at 25th Anniversary of Extraordinary Event. Andrea was also the first one inducted in the Special Event Industry Hall of Fame for a lifetime work elevating the quality, integrity, creativity and impact of the events industry, as well as spearheading its international outreach. Additionally, she was honored with the Steve Kemble Leadership Award in 2015 for her contribution to educating the whole event industry.

Marco first became involved in communication and using events to influence decision making after graduating from LSE, as Parliamentary Assistant to the then Shadow Minister for Local Government and Urban Policy. After Westminster Marco moved into marketing and communication being appointed Director MarComms at the Landscape Institute, the Royal Chartered Institute for landscape architects and urban designer. At the LI he was responsible for bringing the IFLA World Landscape Congress to Edinburgh. Marco was appointed CEO of IVCA in 2008, leading the transformation of the association in response to the financial crisis and the fundamental changes which have taken place over the past 7 years. In 2014 after successfully leading the merger between Eventia and IVCA Marco was appointed CEO of the new association EVCOM. The status and influence of EVCOM has quickly been recognised, Marco provides regular insight and briefings for the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee and in Westminster. Marco’s role in successfully building links between the UK and China has been recognised with his award for International Achievement from the Beijing Creative Industries Association.

Klára genes of the organization inherited from parents and she is dedicated events since childhood. She organized everything from birthday parties and school trips, through film and book premieres, promotional events to conferences around the world. She graduated on the College of Journalism in Prague and began work at the Communication Department at CzechInvest. After gaining experience in OgilvyAction, where among other things, she led a project Christmas truck for Coca-Cola. Followed by four years of freelancing by Klara ended in September 2012 when she was approached by a Czech start-up Socialbakers. There at the moment leads a team of three and takes care of all the events organized this company. During last two years she has organized over 60 events in five continents. Her biggest passion is traveling, she like to run, as a viewer enjoys tennis, she has a weakness for good food and swear to your friends and her cat Bačkora.

He currently works as the head of consumer marketing for Google in Canada.

He targets primarily on clients in the financial, automotive, energy, bookmaking and tourism services. After completing his studies, he spent several years in marketing and PR at Linde Gas and other companies. From 2004 to 2007 he worked in the research agency GfK as a Team Leader, where he specialized in research of public administration and financial services. Among others, he participated in many international projects for the European Union (ie. Consumer barometer). He studied political science and history at Charles University, then earned the title PhDr. in the fields of history, sociology and political science.
